Details / Rules
a. This competition is open to only members of the Samajam and their families. (Family means husband/wife/son/daughter/mother/minor brother or sister residing with them).
b. Members should not be in arrears of their membership subscription.
c. Participation is permitted only in his/her age group.
d. Maximum time allotted for participants in each item is as follows: Fancy Dress – 1mt, Story Telling – 5mts. Light Music -5mts, Elocution -3mts., Extempore Speech – 5mts. Poetry Recitation -5mts, Memory test – 1mt.
e. No backstage/back ground effects will be allowed for any item.
f. No musical instruments are allowed for light Music competitions. Songs in Malayalam language only.
g. Age Group/Item number and descriptions of various competitions are as follows:

h. The decision of the judges shall be final and binding on all participants
i. Participants are advised to check the approximate time/schedule for each item at the Samajam Notice. Board on or after 20.01.2012 during office hours (8 a,m to 1 p.m). on all days except Sundays)
j. Members interested in participating are requested to fill in the attached form in full and submit the Same to the Samajam Office or to the area-in-charge on or before 18-1-2012. Incomplete forms and entries in any other format will not be accepted
