The 45th AGM of the Samajam will be held on Sunday the 19th June, 2011 at 3.30pm. This will be held at the Samajam's School - V K Krishna Menon Academy, New MHB Colony, Borivli West.
Besides the statutory agenda items, this year the focus on the meeting will be on the Golden Jubilee Celebrations which is due later this year. All members are requested to come with their valuable suggestions.
After the AGM, there will be a presentation by Sinhika Digital Media on the website which is to be launched soon. The concept and the highpoints of the Website will be discussed, members suggestions and the need for them to use the website as a medium to showcase their families talents will also be taken up. The website importantly will be a tool for the borivli malayalis to showcase their inherent talent.
This blog will also be a platform for showcasing the talents of the borivli malayalis and you are welcome to write to borivlimalayalisamajam@gmail.com to have your writings and your photographs included in the blog.
The Borivli Malayali Samajam would probably be the first Malayali Samajam to take the digital communication to new heights to allow each and every member to showcase their talent to the world.
